He is director of AVEC A.G., Chile’s electric vehicle association. He was also director of APEMEC A.G., the association of small and medium-sized hydroelectric companies and co-secretary general of the Alumni Association, Academy of American and International Law.
In the academic field, he is a professor since 2014 of Environmental Law at the Institute of Urban Studies, of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and of Environmental Law in the Diploma of Law and Real Estate Business, at the Law School of the same university.
Sebastian is a partner and member of the energy, natural resources, and environmental law practice areas and leader of the water law practice. He specializes in the financing and development of energy and renewable energy projects, in local and cross-border transactions for the acquisition and sale of energy projects or assets in the same industry, and in strategic advice on environmental assessment, oversight and bidding processes.
