Before joining Guerrero Olivos, Ricardo developed his professional career in boutique law firms dedicated to energy and natural resources.
In the academic field, he has been assistant professor of the courses Administrative Law I and II and Research in the Administrative Economic Law Program (“PDAE”) of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
Associate and member of the mining, water law and environmental team. He specializes in the development of mining projects, due diligence, and the environmental and regulatory angle in the development of mining projects.
