Felipe is a member of the board of ACERA, the Chilean Association of Renewable Energy and Storage and was a member of the environmental jurisprudence discussion group of the Environmental Law and Policy Program of the Law School of Universidad Diego Portales and professor of the Energy Law course at Universidad Andrés Bello.
Felipe is a partner and member in the areas of energy, natural resources and environmental law. He specializes in regulatory issues in the development of energy projects, public and private bids, mergers and acquisitions of companies in the energy industry, due diligence processes, review of complex contracts such as EPC, O&M, PPA and in the financing of energy projects.
